When you use the Platform, we collect the following information:
Account Information We collect your name, address, email, contact numbers and other personal information when you supply it to us. Organisations may collect and store additional information from you when using the Platform. We use this information to create your Platform account, or to get in touch about your account if needed.
Browser Information When you browse or use the Platform we make a record of your visit and log the following information for statistical purposes: your IP address, the pages you accessed or files download, the date and time of your visit, whether you have visited the site before, the previous site you visited, and the type of browser being used.
Third Party Accounts When you connect external services, like social media accounts or email accounts, those external services may provide us with information about you. We save and store this information to provide services through the Platform.
Communications We maintain records of any communications, via email or our support desks, to help resolve your customer service enquiries.
Content We save content, text, images and files that you have saved or published in the Platform, in order to provide the websites that you have contributed to or created on the Platform.
Device Information We store information about your activity and interaction with the Platform, such as your device type, browser type and IP address. We use this information to help assess the performance of the Platform, or assist you with support requests.
Location Information We may receive your location information whilst you are using the platform. We use this information to display relevant content and make improvements to the Platform.

Authorised Third Parties We may share your information with third parties that you authorise.
Law Enforcement We may share your information with third parties when it becomes necessary to comply with reasonable requests of law enforcement or national security requests for such specific information.
Those working for Kepla Kepla uses third parties to help us secure, analyse and improve the Platform. These third parties may access and store your information to perform tasks, and will store data with the same levels of protection for your information.
Aggregated or Anonymized Information We analyse data across the system to help improve the performance of the Platform. We may, from time to time, disclose the analysis of aggregated or anonymised data from usage of the Platform, for the benefit of the broader community. We will not disclose the dataset itself, only the analysis or findings from this type of research.
Protecting your information
We take the following steps to protect your information
Data Security Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information and information you store on the Platform is accurate and stored securely. We enforce encrypted traffic on all services across the Platform, encrypting your information while in transmission. We ensure that data is stored on secure servers.
Retention We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services across the Platform. You can ask for your personal information to be deleted by contacting [email protected]
Modification Information that you have stored on the Platform can be modified or deleted by visiting the Platform.
Organisations using Kepla
Charities, nonprofits and other organisations use the Platform to manage their information, and in the course of doing so, gather and store information. These groups together known as “Organisations”.
Organisational Access Only personal information that has been associated with an Organisation, by using the Organisations websites, for example, is able to be accessed by authorised members of that Organisation.
Cookies, Analytics and Tracking
We use “Cookies” (small sets of information stored as text), and “Pixels” (images used to identify web visitors), to provide a more personalised experience on the platform and third party services, and to measure and analyse usage of the Platform:
User Accounts Cookies help us store your account information when you’ve logged in to the Platform, and helps us personalise your experience.
Analytics and Tracking Cookies and Pixels help us track how the Platform is being used, analyse its performance, and provide this analysis to Organisations where your interactions have been with that Organisation.
Advertising Cookies and Pixels are used by Kepla and third party advertisers to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to the Platform. These advertising pixels or cookies enable Kepla, third parties, and their partners to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to the Platform and/or other sites on the Internet.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time. Please review this Policy periodically to check for updates. If any changes are material and/or retroactive, we may provide additional notice and/or an opportunity to “opt-in,” as appropriate under the circumstances.
